For overnight camps, from bunks to visiting day

Bunks with beds and counselors, halves and full summers, the infirmary log, the visiting day hotline, and a full year of billing in one place.

The bunk board for one grade: campers not yet in a bunk with the friend each requested, two bunks with their counselors and filled beds, and a button to suggest bunks for the rest.

Bunks, halves and counselors

Set beds for each bunk, place counselors for the summer or one half, and use suggestions to keep friends together. Print rosters and bunk lists for counselors.

During camp

The nurse logs every visit, parents call the hotline for the daily update and visiting day, and the office sends news to families by email, text or phone call.

The infirmary log: each visit with the time, the camper, the reason for the visit, any medicine given, and whether parents were told.

Summer staff

Counselors, rebbeim and nurses apply on your jobs page, references respond from a link, and hired staff are added to the staff list with their bunks and emergency details.

Staff applications: counselor and staff applicants with the job they want, the part of the summer, references received, and each applicant's status from new to hired.

Questions about overnight camps

Do parents need an app to hear from camp?

No. They receive emails, texts and phone calls, and can call the hotline. There is nothing to download.

Can we bill for both halves separately?

Yes. Each term has its own price, optionally by grade, and families are billed for what they signed up for.

Can the nurse keep a record of every visit?

Yes. The infirmary log records every visit: why the camper came in, what was done, any medicine given and whether parents were told.

Can parents call for the daily update?

Yes. The hotline gives parents one number for the daily update and visiting day, with a press-1 menu and voicemail for the office.

Can we place counselors for one half only?

Yes. Counselors can be placed in a bunk for the whole summer or for one half.
