Bunks without the whiteboard

Set up this summer's grades with your own names, then drag campers into bunks. Bunkmate requests appear next to each name, and you can see which bunks still have room.

The bunk board for one grade: campers not yet in a bunk with the friend each requested, two bunks with their counselors and filled beds, and a button to suggest bunks for the rest.

Grades and bunks, your way

From Nursery to Beis Medrash: choose the grades you run, give them your own names and colors, and set each bunk's beds and counselors. At a day camp, a bunk counts spots instead of beds.

  • Suggestions keep friends who requested each other together and spread out classmates from the same school.
  • Place counselors for the whole summer or one half.
  • Print counselor bunk lists, rosters, arrival cards and name tags from one screen.

Bus routes, planned for you or from your bus company

No route sheet? CampOffice plans the routes from the map: each bus's stops in the shortest order, with pickup and drop-off times, for you to review. Working with a bus company? Send them the rider list, or only the changes, and import their routes from a spreadsheet, PDF or photo. Each child's bus, stop and times then appear on the family's page, on bus sheets for drivers and in messages.

The Buses screen: riders, who is on each bus, the changes since the rider list was last sent to the bus company, and each bus's stops with pickup and drop-off times.

Daily headcount

See who is at camp on any day, by grade and by bus, with allergies listed. Download it for the morning count.

Headcount for one day of camp: how many campers are present in each grade and on each bus.

The infirmary log

The nurse records every visit: why the camper came in, what was done, any medicine given and whether parents were told. Nurses see campers' health details and this log only.

The infirmary log: each visit with the time, the camper, the reason for the visit, any medicine given, and whether parents were told.

Staff hiring

When turned on, counselors and staff apply on your own jobs page. References respond from a link, interviews and offers are on one screen, and Hire adds the person to the staff list with no retyping.

Staff applications: counselor and staff applicants with the job they want, the part of the summer, references received, and each applicant's status from new to hired.

Questions about bunks, buses and staff

Can a bunk hold two grades?

Yes. Grades can share a bunk, and each bunk can have its own price.

Do counselors sign in?

No. Staff are on the staff list without a sign-in. Only the people you invite to the office sign in, and each sees only what their role allows.

Can the nurse see billing?

No. Each role sees only its part. The nurse sees campers' health details and the infirmary log.

Can we keep friends together in a bunk?

Yes. Bunkmate requests appear next to each name. Suggestions keep friends who requested each other together and spread out classmates from the same school.

Does it work with our bus company?

Yes. Send them the rider list, or only the changes since the last list, and import their routes from a spreadsheet, PDF or photo. Each child's bus and stop then appear on the family's page and the bus sheets. With no bus company routes, CampOffice can plan them from the map.

Can we print bunk lists and name tags?

Yes. Print counselor bunk lists, rosters, arrival cards and name tags from one screen.

Do we have to use staff hiring?

No. It is off until you turn it on. When it is on, staff apply on your own jobs page and references respond from a link.
